Clark went to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he received a BS/BFA, and a MPH in General Epidemiology. He went to Medical School at Wayne State in Detroit. He did his residency in OB/GYN and Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. He was a member of Maryland's Maternal Mortality review Committee for about 10 years, and has served as the chair of the comittee from 2016-2024. He currently is an alternate member for the Baltimore City Fetal and Infant Mortality Review Committee. He is the current Legislative chair for the Maryland Section of ACOG, and serves on the District IV Maternal Mortality Comitttee. He currently is employed as the Division Director of Maternal Fetal Medicine at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, and has faculty appointments at Johns Hopkins and George Washington University.
