LTC Emily Penick, MD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Uniformed Services University; staff Gynecologic Oncologist, and Gynecologic Surgery & Obstetrics Residency Program Director at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Dr. Penick completed Gynecologic Oncology fellowship in 2019 at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center/Women’s Health Integrated Research Center, Bethesda, MD and completed OB/GYN residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA in 2015. She has been published in peer-reviewed journals, has authored book chapters, and has presented her research at numerous district and national conferences. She was awarded the 2022 Military Health System Award for the Advancement of Women Physicians in Military Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, and ACOG and currently serves as an Early Career Fellow representative to the ACOG National Board.
