Since 2021, Matthew Pooser serves as an ORISE Fellow in CDC's DSTDP Surveillance and Data Science Branch on a Big Data Fellowship, focused on collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets to turn information into insights. He holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis on Computer Vision and Deep Neural Networks.
