Two products for the prevention of severe respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) disease in infants are recommended: an RSV vaccine to be given to pregnant people and a long-acting monoclonal antibody (nirsevimab) to be given to infants. We will discuss patient counseling about preventing RSV through these products.
