Nancy Phillips is Professor and Director of the Center for Vulvovaginal Health in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey, as well the Director of Gynecologic Ultrasound. Dr Phillips’ clinical interest is in vulvovaginal health, with an emphasis on vulvodynia. Other areas of interest include menopause, hormone therapy and pelvic pain. She is a Fellow in The International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disorders and a member of their North American Board. Dr. Phillips’s clinical research focuses on vulvodynia, vulvovaginal atrophy, menopausal hot flushes, endometriosis and the vaginal microbiome. She is Senior Editorial Advisor for the journal, Case Reports in Women's Health and an editor for Menopause, the journal of the North American Menopause Society.
Nancy Phillips completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at George Washington University, Washington, DC, and a Medical Degree from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
